- 100 g margarine
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 dl Finax Grov Mjölmix (100 g) or Finax Mjölmix
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp cold coffee
- 1 dl buckwheat flakes or oat flakes
Chocolate balls
Whether young or old – everybody just loves a delicious freshly made chocolate ball! About 25 pcs.
This is how you do
- Mix margarine and sugar thoroughly. Then mix the flour with the cocoa and vanilla sugar before mixing everything together into a dough.
- Add buckwheat flakes/oat flakes and coffee. Work the dough until everything is smoothly blended together.
- Shape the dough into small round buns, then roll them in coconut or sugar sprinkles.
- Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
