Swedish Kladdkaka

Ingredients

  • 175 g margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dl sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 90 g Finax Mjölmix (ca 1 1/2 dl)

Swedish Kladdkaka

Mmm, so good and so easy..! If you are impatient you can even snack on the dough – just yummy!

This is how you do:

  1. Melt the margarine in a pot. Leave to cool a bit.
  2. Grease a baking form with butter and bread crumbs.
  3. Beat egg and sugar into a light airy texture. Add in the cocoa, vanilla sugar and flour mix.
  4. Mix in the melted margarine.
  5. Pour the dough into the baking form and bake in the lower part of the oven at 175° C for 30-35 min.
