Round bread

Ingredients

  • 3 dl water
  • 1 dl milk
  • 3/4 pack of yeast (about 40 g)
  • 50 g butter or margarine at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or syrup
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp bread spices
  • about 5 dl Finax Glutenfri Grov Mjölmix (300 g)
  • about 5 dl Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix (300 g)

Round bread

Round bread treats – super-tasty! Enough for about 3 breads.

This is how you do:

  1. Warm the water and milk till luke warm. Crumble the yeast and stir it in until dissolved completely.
  2. Add the butter or margarine and then mix in syrup, salt and spices.
  3. Finally mix in the flour mixes, but leave aside a little for later. Work thoroughly for about 5 minutes using a machine. Then leave to rise for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Spread the remaining flour over your table top. Pour out the dough and divide into 3 equal portions which are formed into round breads.
  5. Place the shaped bread dough on a tray covered with baking sheet and leave to rise again for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Bake the breads in the middle of the oven at 250º C for 10-15 minutes.
