Pizza

Ingredients

  • 30 g yeast
  • 2 dl water at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5,5 dl Mjölmix (330 g)

Pizza

this is how you do:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the luke warm water in a bowl.
  2. Add oil, salt and the flour mix. Work the dough thoroughly for 5 minutes using a machine.
  3. Leave to rise for about 30 minutes to double size.
  4. Spread out the dough on a baking tray covered with baking sheet, forming it into a round flat pizza base – approx. 20 cm diameter and 1 cm thick.
  5. Leave to rise for 10-15 minutes. Set the oven to 225º C.
  6. Pre-bake the pizza in the middle of the oven for 5-7 minutes. Then spread your toppings on the pizza.
  7. Bake for another 10-15 minutes depending on your toppings.
  8. Try topping with shredded cheese, finely sliced smoked ham or sausage, pineapple and onion. You can also replace the gluten free flourmix with Naturligt Glutenfri Mjölmix or. Lågprotein Mjölmix.
