Muesli bread with linseed

Ingredients

  • 3 dl water
  • 25 g yeast
  • 0,5 dl linseed
  • 2 dl Finax Fruktmüsli
  • 25 g margarine at room temperature
  • cca 0,25 dl (cca 35 g) dark syrup
  • 0,5 tbsp vinegar
  • 1,5 tsp salt
  • 400 g (about 6,5 dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix
  • Margarine for greasing the baking tray

Muesli bread with linseed

Muesli and linseed = a winning combination! Yields 1 bread.

This is how you do:

  1. Heat the water to luke warm (37°C) and dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. Mix together with all remaining ingredients and work the dough together by machine for about 5 minutes.
  3. Grease a baking tray (about 1 l. volume) with margarine.
  4. Pour the dough into the tray and leave to rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
  5. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 35 minutes at 225°C.
  6. Take out the bread and let it cool down on a rack to allow airflow.
