Milk free bread loaf

Ingredients

  • 25 g yeast
  • 50 g butter/margarin at room temperature or 0,5 dl oil
  • 4 dl luke warm water (37°)
  • 1 tsp salt (can be omitted)
  • 450 g Finax Glutenfri Lågprotein mjölmix (ca 7,5 dl)

Milk free bread loaf

A super-delicious bread for you who needs to avoid milk! Recipe makes 1 bread.

this is how you do:

  1. Crumble the yeast into a bowl and add the luke warm water. Stir until the yeast has dissolved.
  2. Add the butter, margarine or oil and then add salt and the flour mix. Work the dough by machine for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased oblong bread form ( 1 1/2 l.).
  4. Leave the dough to rise for 35 minutes under a damp cloth. Set the oven at 200º C.
  5. Bake the bread for about 35 minutes in the lower part of the oven.
  6. After baking remove the bread from the form and leave it to cool on a grill without baking sheet.
