Flingflarn

Ingredients

  • 1 dl sugar
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 2 ½ tbsp Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ca 1 ½ dl Krispiga Flingor

Flingflarn

Flingflarn is a super-crisp and delicious snack treat – perfect with your coffee! Yields about 40 pcs.

This is how you do:

  1. Mix together sugar, butter, flour mix and milk in a casserole. Bring to a boil for a few minutes under constant stirring.
  2. Carefully blend in Krispiga Flingor or Finax Glutenfri Fruktmüsli.
  3. Place the finished dough on a tray with baking sheet in portions of about 1 tbsp. size.
  4. Bake in the middle of the oven at 150º C for about 10 minutes until they are deliciously golden.
  5. Let the baked Flingflarn cool a little, then use a knife to loosen them and leave to cool completely on an even surface.

TIP:

  • It is even extra delicious if you sandwich some butter cream or chocolate between two Flingflarn. Heaven!
