Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 180 g Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix (cca 2 dl) or Lågprotein mjölmix
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 dl milk (even lactose-free)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine

Crêpes

Just add your favorite filling. Simply follow the recipe from Finax and make your own gluten free crêpes! Enough for 10 pcs.

this is how you do:

  1. Mix together flour mix and salt.
  2. Mix in the milk little by little until you have a smooth dough.
  3. Add in the eggs and finally the melted butter/ margarine.
  4. Grease a frying pan and start baking thin delicious crêpes.

TIPS:

  • Fry mushrooms, leek and red paprika together. Mix in crème fraiche. Place on the crepes and roll them all up. Put the rolled-up crepes in an oven tray and sprinkle with plenty of shredded cheese before baking till a golden finish.
  • Fry some chopped onions and mix with bits of smoked ham. Mix small pineapple bits together with the fried onion/ham before adding crème fraiche. Place the filling and roll up the crepes. Place the rolled-up crêpes in an oven tray and add shredded cheese for garnish before baking till deliciously golden in color.
