Carrot buns

Ingredients

  • 5 dl water
  • 1 tbsp Finax Psyllium
  • 0,5 dl grated apple
  • 0,5 dl grated carrot
  • 2 dl raisins
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 20 g dry yeast
  • 500 g (about 8 dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix, leave aside about 30 g (about 0,5 dl) for baking

Carrot buns

Mmm.. super-tasty breakfast or condiment rolls with carrot! The recipe gives you about 10 pcs.

this is how you do:

  1. Heat the water to 37°C and mix in all ingredients, using a machine with dough hooks, for about 5 minutes.
  2. Leave the dough to cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread some flour on your table top and pour out the dough.
  4. Roll out the dough to a log and divide into 10 equal pieces.
  5. Places the roll dough on an oven tray with baking sheet.
  6. Leave to rise for about 30 minutes under a damp cloth.
  7. Brush or spray the rolls with water before baking them in the middle of the oven at 225°C for 12-15 minutes.
  8. After baking leave the bread rolls to cool on a grill to allow airflow.
