Brownies

Ingredients

  • 75 g butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 dl brown sugar
  • 1 dl raw sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g nuts
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 1/2 dl Finax Mjölmix (90 g)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

This is how you do

  1. Set your oven to 200º C. Place baking sheet in an oven tray measuring approx. 15x20cm.
  2. Melt the butter or margarine or use liquid margarine. Mix together buttter/margarine, brown sugar, raw sugar and egg.
  3. Chop the nuts rough and add to the dough along with the remaining ingredients. Work everything together to an even dough.
  4. Spread the dough out evenly into the baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
  5. Cut the cake into squares while it is still warm.

TIP:

  • Sprinkle the brownies with powdered sugar and top with fresh berries before serving to make them an irresistible sight!
